Hi Sir/Madam,n This happened in late 2018 while I was jogging in Marina beach a police sub inspector physically attacked and took me to D1 police station for checking the name badge on his uniform as he stopped me jogging unnecessarily. But then the inspector let me go. I didn't file a case then as I thought this would create unnecessary panic at home. In fact that sub inspector wanted to book me but that inspector let me go. nnI forgot that sub inspector's name now. But the station is D1 Anna Square police station and happened in 2018Now I realise I made a mistake by not tathim to the court of lawIs anything remotely possible to do now on this ?nnThanks in advance for your advice.

Without knowing the identity details of the concerned police , no action be taken Moreover , it’s too late , Raising any dispute now would actually question the veracity of the incident itself Ideal you ignore and move forward and be prudent to take immediate action going forward

I can help you. I have to file a Writ Petition before the Madras High court for compensation to be paid to you by the government of Tamil Nadu. You have a good chance to succeed in this case. Secondly I have to file a criminal case against the sub-inspector in the metropolitan magistrate court at Egmore for criminal intimidating you and for assault. Please contact me urgently
