hi, i am from mumbai and i have been working in the USA, I have been getting constant abuse & threats on messages from my boyfriend's ex wife, i want to file a complaint about it.npls help how to go about it

If you are in India then you need to visit the nearest police station and lodge the complaint. the detailed complaint can be drafted by advocate and then you can submit the copy in the concerned police station

You need to properly draft a complaint with the help of a counsel and file it before the police station attaching all the proofs you have with you. You may also file a complaint online, however you should get help of a counsel for preparing the draft.
