HELP FOR FILING CRIMINAL CASE FOR MENTAL HARASSMENT

I am a 59 years old divorced and single woman, working in a central government organization. i am being mentally tortured by my superior officers like, non sanctioning the study leave for LLB(Hons) Course, later after many correspondences it has been sanctioned. withholding the sealery for a year and released. Issuing show cause notices threatening disciplinary actions, not giving the promotion and forced to work under the person appointed on the post for which I am eligible.

Since you have got all the evidences, I strongly feel that filing a case at the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) is more viable. You can file the case as a party-in-person as well and by the time you graduate the decision would have been made .
