hi your husband could file quash petition in high court to cancel the FIR stating that the said offences are not applicable to him and if the other party is harassing you then you could file also complaint with police

A Wife trying to save her husband is very rare to see these days. You are a good wife. Posting a question in a community where lawyers are available requires presence of mind. You are Brilliant. I clearly see that you are a brave woman, and I firmly assure that you will get over this easily. There are two questions in your statement.. 1. Hire a Lawyer who can file a petition to Cancel the case filed against your husband(Quashing the FIR in legal terms) at the High Court. 2. Yes, you can file a case against them If you feel harassed at the jurisdictional Police Station and can also file criminal defamation for punishment and civil defamation for monetary benefits. There is nothing to worry about the above problem but the real problem is matrimonial peace. The person who you call a waste fellow in an open forum is your Husband's Father. From your words it is clear that he is a bad human and you dislike him but it can also be seen that he was a good father because among all the woman, he selected the best(a caring, clever, brave and beautiful woman) for his son. I request you to see him through the eyes of your husband for long lasting relationship and peaceful life.
