If I beat someone up.. and they file complaint against me.. after that will i get job in bangalore companies?

Dear Sir, Be informed that simply investigation is pending against you the companies cannot deny you employment. The best thing you can do is to approach High Court and get a stay order on such investigation and ultimately seek for quashing of such FIR saying you never assaulted and such injuries were caused by somebody else.
