Hello Respected Sir/Ma'am,nI am 22 year old student and the criminal case of u/s 420 registered against me along with my father and the case status is now pending in court. There are other 5 person involved in this matter. The case summary is that my father was working in one company until year 2021 on contractual basis. My father and his colleague with the same two persons who was indirectly or directly in relevance to the company had credited an extra 8 monthly salaries to my bank account by showing that I was a employee of the relevant company. However, I wasn't an employee of that company in fact, I was in my last year of graduation that time. This has happened without my consent and without knowing to me.other 2 people also did the same thing with their children. One of them was minor when this matter took place.Can you please advice me whether I can apply for my govt job while case is pending in court?nI was adult (<18 year) when this matter took place.
