Hello, my uncle with some outsider had filed a FIR on cheating case on my parents,which states us to pay 30 lacs , FIR with section 420 has been filed and had taken the 41A notice as well . There isn't any evidence and there are threatening to file more cases in different places in case if we refuse to pay..my parents are govt employees..the complainants both are dead now and the close remains open..my parents had not done anything it was my uncle who collected money from everyone and on confronting him ,he thrown all the blame on my parents and filed case..ow there are threatening us to pay 30 lacs..how to come out of this.. kindly give us any solution

hi if they are filing false cases against your parents then you could file quash petition in high court to suspend the FIR and also your parents could file a threatening case on your uncle and others who are threatening

Hello, ads per substance of your query, it is clear that your parents are innocent and has been implicated without proof as such your parents need to prove their innocence before the court of law after filing of chargesheet or may approach the Hon'ble Highcourt to quash the FIR.
