He made promises of marriage and used me physically

He was in relationship with me for 6 years and was promising to marry me , had physical relationship multiple times , even took some money from me stating that he is going to be my husband. Now he is denying to marry me .

Dear queriest, if he has made fake promises to marry you and had kept physical relationship with then as per Honorable Supreme court's ruling, you can put charges of rape on him. for more information about the same kindly contact me.

I have gone through your query. You can file rape charges against him only if he has established physical relationship with you forcefully and against your will. Well, the mere case you can file against him as on today is a Rape Case, that, you permitted him to engage in Physical Relation with you, by solely relying on his promise, that, he would marry you. If he wouldn't have given that promise, you wouldn't have engaged in Physical Relationship with him.

You should immediately register FIR against the person under IPC for rape with your local police station. The act of him amounts to rape on the pretext of marriage. If his intention was never to marry but merely to use you, he will be convicted for the offence. Kindly approch me for further assistance.
