The bail of the man who took kappa and was in jail was canceled in the old case. Bail was canceled by the sessions court then if I go to the high court will I get bail or can I get bail from the sessions court itself how to get bail

the detention period of Kappa is six months. so you may consider the bail only after the expiry of that period and in case if you proceed with the efforts of bail order before that, the same may not be result oriented
