He got Job with Fake degree certificate in private company

One of our employee got Job with Fake educational degree. Is there any legal action can be taken against her or should I have to tell educational university about her fake degree. if I contact university they will take any action against him. Is anybody want to file case against him or university will to that without me or my organisation involvement? Please let me know what to do here.

A change memo is to be issued in certain scenarios and take the explanation, if the explanation is not satisfactory you can call for show cause or a disciplinary proceedings for the enquiry crosschecking with the university.
