You have multiple options... If you have the evidence then you can file a complaint with the Police. Instead of filing it through the Cyber crime portal, directly visit the Police Station because it will save your time(You can do both as well) ....Don't worry only a female Police Officer will record your statement.. Or With the evidences that you have you can directly file a complaint with the Magistrate under section 200 of CrPC... Yes, you can bypass the Police complaint and the delay that is caused by the Police men while working... In case if you need more evidence that is possible only by the Police then the Court will ask the Police to investigate... Be mentally prepared that the accused may be released on Bail but don't worry the conviction rate is higher in IT cases because the presumption is already drawn by the Courts that the accused has a guilty mind.
