Harrasment by neighbour. Mental and emotional blackmailing. Threatenin

My neighbour is creating nuisance and always tries to hurt us. They always file fake cases, fight, threaten and do many things to mentally harass us. Are there any ways so that we could take strong actions and are there any laws as such

Hello you have to file complaint with Dy DC or Superintendent of police or ACP under CrPC for private nuisance and threats to you, they have power to pass conditional orders, they can also ask them to execute bond to maintain peace and harmony in your area
