harassment multiple occasions over email

Living in a community if 100+ flats. Couple of individuals sends unwanted emails with filthy language .. specifically targeting residents. marking their pictures etc. Recently sent compliant to NHRC on a date saying I was peeping into some other resident bathroom.. in deed that date I was out of station and I have proofs for that like Cab Bill.. Train Booking etc.. How to handle such lunatic fellows in the apartment community.

don't ignore and encourage such acts, kindly file the complaint approaching police narrating the incident that happened, request to take stringent action against such culprits by registering the FIR against them .

Please lodge a police complaint against them. As you have stated it is through whatsapp group or email then please lodge cyber crime police complaint against the wrong doers in your jurisdiction police station. For any other assisted you can contact me
