Harassment In Work Site Without Issuing Last Month Salary.

Even if mentioning health problems and submitted resignation letter the management is not relieving me from the worksite and not releasing my salary benefits.how can I get my salary if the management is not relieving me after a notice period of 15 days ending on May 15..kindly mention the legal formalities for getting my 45 days salary and my degree certificate back on May 15 2024.

First, you can file a complaint before the labour officer. The labour officer will arrange a hearing for the company authority and you. If it is not settled in the labour office you can approach before the court. The company have no right to hold your degree certificate. You can also file a complaint at the police station.
