Harassment by ex-boyfriend telling me to release photos of us

What should I do when my ex boyfriend is harassing me with threats like he viral my photos or videos

File immediately a police complaint for registering FIR against him . If the police does not registers complaint then get it registered from the court. It is illegal to disclose any photos or videos of anyone . Contact me for any help.

he is not suppose to do so. if he does such an act,he will be charged with voyeurism u/s 354C of IPC which does not allow him to do so. you can ask him to delete those or have direct words and explain the consequences of the same.

if you have any chats and proof regarding the same make a copy of it and submit to your nearest police station with a written complaint including every details that he's threatening you, keep this in your mind that you have to be specific and detailed about the complainant that your giving to the station and in case if they are not filing you complaint then get in touch with me I'll help you with the same
