Harassment and threats by neighbors, no action taken by police

Sir. My neighbours are frequently threatening us. In 2014 we have filled a case against them but with no action and our complaint is closed. 2012 they hit my younger. Please advice me what type of case can be registered.
Sir, u can go and give complaint to the police commissioner and also can file a PCR complaint in the court against your neighbours, police will take action once it is issued by the court,so u can mention all the old cases filled against them in the past, and also u can instal a CCTV camera outside to record all acts.will be a evidence against them.

If he has hit and threatening and harassing means first take the party to hospital who is injured and get him treated and get medical certificate then go to jurisdictional police station and file assault, life threatening case against him, If police fail to take any kind of action means then file a PCR in jurisdictional court where court will instruct the jurisdictional police to take action. You can even complaint to the Police Commissioner also.
