My name is stevin and I am 18 year's old,only has a learner's licence(have applied for DL test which will be in 22nd july),but today a notice came from the MVD of kerala asking to pay the fine of 3000inr for driving a scooter with no helmet along with a pillion who doesn't have a driving licence nor learner's licence and was caught by the ai camera. In the post it was said to pay the fine and come to the office with the driver's driving licence along with the pillions licence.What to do?

If you have any complaints related to traffic offences or traffic fines, you can approach the grievance cell of the Parivahan department. you should file the complaint with evidence if it is proven by your side you can avoid paying the fine.
