Government job fraud of 11 lakhs

I paid 11 lakh to fraudster who promised me government job. I have his recording in which he said he took 11 lakhs from me. Can i file a FIR and case against him in 420? Can i also be jailed for giving him money/bribe?

Yes you cn do so and we can help you for your justice. But you need to be contact alongwith your all documents and proof. No need to be afraid from these fraudsters, Court has the power to punish the guys who are acting fraud with innocent persons like you.
