Got selected in bank po criminal case is pending. What are my options

Sir i have in selected in bank po and 1 of my relatives filed a fake case against me ..ipc 323 ,341 , 141..what are legal option i have..or what if police filed chargesheet against me..??
Unless the offence has not proven, it will not affect your present position. Don't worry. Wrong doer won't escape himself. It is therefore advised to stay calm, focus on your job and keep faith in our Indian Judiciary.

this is not serious sec..first of all you try in police to file ckose report.if they dont, then you go to high court against the fir for quashing the fir.if there also you do not get any relief than confess the charge and asked the court to give you benefit of probationary act , which will assist you not to count the offence in your name for will not affect in future in your srvice
