Got Different product than ordered one

I had ordered Havells 25 litre storage water geyser from flipkart on 26th March 2023. But I received Crompton 15 litre geyser whis is broken. I raised return request with flipkart with refund ID 12202774540498588157 and shared all photographs of broken geyser with flipkart box but they rejected my request without any reason. I needed advice on drafting and sending legal notice.

It is a deficiency in service as well as wrong business malpractice for this wrongdoings you have legal remedy to issue notice, thereafter file consumer complaint case against flipcart. you also can file complaint case against company.
