Got attack in my building with a sword

Hello my name is heena I been staying in a particular complex since past 8 years this building is pros the society is inlegal since builder did not complete the rest of the floor except 2 so they society is formed simple without registration there is a police women staying in our building and she is such an worst women who is using her uniform a friend of her tries to attack me with a sword n I went to do complaint in police station but my complaint is not filed please I need a lawyer asap

Police officers cannot misuse their power by virtue of their authority. The offence that you are reporting is a cognizable offence and police is duty bound to register the same. we can help with that.

Well, If the concerned Police Officer refused to lodge your Complaint, you would have escalated the matter before the Incharge Officer of that Police Station, if he would have refused to lodge your Complaint too, then you would have approached Superintendent of Police, if he would have also refused to lodge your Complaint, then, you can file a Private Criminal Complaint before the concerned Magistrate
