Sir my friend is giving the exam of other person than suprident catch and police write fir on 419;420;120b IPC act . Plz give best advice
Inorder to proceed you need to appoint a lawyer as the FIR is lodged and case will be in court now. So lawyer will accordingly procced the case, also will apply for bail of your friend and for evidences and cross examination you need a lawyer.
