You can ask for your money through legal notice by WhatsApp and electronic mode. In case he avoids your notices, you can file a complaint for fraud against him and can also file a recovery case. Your transaction was through the bank therefore he can't refuse the loan. The evidence is in your favour.

it is advised that file a police complaint for the same and you can ask for the address from your friend. the investment which he made should have been into your knowledge and if the promise to pay in 3 days was made verbally then no legal action can proceed. for the remaining amount which you have to receive you can file the police complaint and wait for their action

You need to hire an advocate to issue him legal notice for your recovery !in case he doesn’t recover the amount then a suit for recovery needs to be filed at the court court ! Kindly b in touch for the same !

If he’s not listening to you then you can serve him a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

It is quite apparent that your boyfriend has committed an act of Cheating and criminal breach of trust with you. It is advisable in these cases to get an FIR registered against him. Cooperate with police by answering the questions of the investigation officer appointed to you who would help you think reasonably to track his address down. Remember, where there is a will, there is a way. You'll find his address.
