Hm kuch dost public place pe drink kr rhe the ek police waale ne ek ko pakda uska Bina alcohol test karwaye, adhaar details li kya koi dikkat ho skti h?

drinking at public place is offence and if adhar card are take police may register challan against the person whose adhar card is taken. you have to appear before the concerned judge you can accept you mistake and pay the fine or you can contest the case for that you have to engage an advocate who can represent you case before judge.
