Girls threat for filed false marriage case and rape casr

I loved a girl from 2years right now he forcing me for marriage. Her family not interested for marriage and told the girl if she merry me no need to contact with her family and every time threat if girls suicide then they will she in court. Regularly girls threats for suicide or file a false marriage case. I am in big problem please help me.
Did the girl file a false marraige case then you can contest the suit and prove that no marriage took place in the eye of law. If the girls threats for suicide then you should file a formal F.I.R because this incident should not be going on for ever.
