Girlfriend's brother torturing me through calls and messages

Dear sir/madam Everything had been settled after breakup after talking to her brother but after 5-6 days her brother trying to mentally torture through calling and messaging. But i didnt reply. What should l i do.
First try to solve the matter mutually by talking to your family members and also with your girlfriend's family members and if the issue is not resolved then make a formal complaint against your girlfriend's brother before your local police station for harassment and request the them to take necessary steps accordingly.
