Girlfriend used me and went to ex boyfriend, can i take legal action ?

hello, i need to know that if i can file a complain against a couple where the girl pretend to be my girlfriend and used me, she used me to pay her bills expenses made me, she was always blackmailing me using her fake love that she will marry me. her boyfriend dose't want to have relation so she needs me, whereas she was just using me as her bank account, now she and her boyfriend are joined as now she dosen't want to have relationship with me. now i know that her boyfriend was aware to all the things everytime. i have all the photo and call recording by which i can proof she made fraud love with me. please advise

In this cases first of all you have to be alert and smart. It was you who while knowing everything dancing on her tune. Now when everything has happened at last you realizing that she and her boyfriend cheated / fraud to you. Being cheated in love is very sad. But in such type of cases law does not provide any kind of help. Such cases are very weak type of cases. And probability of getting success is very less. However, you can initiate criminal proceedings against her and her boyfriend by lodging FIR under S. 420/34 IPC if amount you spent on her is substantially big.
