Girlfriend says she’ll file 376 and 315 case on me

We were in living relationship for 3 years and got pregnant. I tried to convince her abortion but when she didn’t accept I slapped her out of anger .I gave gave her abortion pills to abort but they didn’t work . Later told her that I would marry her if she aborts the baby . She aborted but now I refused to marry her and blocked her everywhere.can I defend myself in any way from this problem. I have her videos with her ex boyfriend.she also cheated on me in the 1 st year of our relationship.

hi was there any case filed against you and if yes you could file quash petition or discharge petition in lower court stating that it is based on all false allegations and that you are not connected to the crime or any offence and that it is consesunal sex and that she had also cheated
