GIRLFRIEND CHEATING WITH LOVE MARRIAGE AND FILE FALSE COMPLAINT

Is there any law that allows me to file a case against my girlfriend who used me physically and sexually in the name of marriage (living relationship) and later left me with caste bias claiming that I belong to a lower caste and filing a false complaint on police station and forced me to sign on affidavit papers?

hi there is no law that allows to file a case against her just because she left you without marriage and if she had filed a false case against you then you could take appropraite action against that by saying that the complaint is of all false allegations

you can also file a complaint about cheating you on the ground of marriage and filing a false complaint agaist. you and taking your signatures on the affidavit for details yo u can take appointment
