Girl was on matrimonial and talking to other guys while in relationshi

Dear Advocates, there is a lady 35 years old who was in relationship with me and our relationship got sour after she met my parents and then we broke up. Post breakup she filed an FIR under 376 which is 0 FIR. She has changed sequence of events in FIR, 161 and 164. In 164 there is no mention of any offence. She lives 1000 kms away and i never went to her place. She only used to come. This lady is a very learned and renowned in scientific community. She mentions that promise of marriage happened on call without meeting at all. I am younger to her. There are no proofs submitted by her in this connect. In FIR she said promise to marry happened in x month and then in 161 promise to marry she said 4 months before x month and that also without meeting physically. Can judge accept that a scientist would just accept on phone call ????

You need not worry at all. From the facts which you have wrote about, it seems this lady has lodged a fake case on you. Tomorrow, if she is not able to prove her version of so called Rape Story, she will have to rot in Jail for playing with your life

It is a settled law that engaging in physical relationship against promise to marry does not amount to an offence of rape under section 376 IPC. You can even go for quashing of the FIR filed again you. Kindly contact to discuss your case and go ahead with the process.
