girl friends parents saying they will file criminal case against me

i am married 6 years back i have girl child and her old is 3 years. i am living with my wife now. my problem is i love another unmarried women and we love last 3.5 years. she knows everything about my wife and child before itself. she gave promise tat she will marry me at any cost. now i informed all my family details with her parents and they are saying we will give case against me by loving, cheating and used her daughter in all aspects. does this case comes under criminal offence. is it possible to give case against her daughter if she fails to marry me. she used me well and i lost my life

This is actually called Bigamy - They may file case against you under section 494, 495 IPC. You cannot file case against that girl.
Even if you have strong proof about your love then that proof itself will be the evidence for your Bigamy.

I think you are inviting problems. 1, Yes the girl do have all the right to lodge complaint against you under relevant sections of IPC, i.e., 497, 420 as per your version. 2, If you want to lodge a complaint against that lady or girl you have disclose the relation ship with her that may lead you to lot of other problems. so try to overcome this issue and carry on with your life.
