Girl forcing her boyfriend to marry her .

A girl forcing her boyfriend to marry her as with both consent has involved in physical relationship but due to some circumstances girl has to take step for abortion but now girl forcing the guy to marry as girl has a proof of the guy call recording for conveying the girl for abortion does this proof is valuable for filling a case against that guy , Boy is not willing to marry her due to some reasons . Because boys family refuses to marry intercaste . Is there any solution for that guy to get out of all these problems , even girl is forcing daily to that guy and make that guy doing everything whatever she orders like sending money n all stuffs.Any suggestion will be thankful for this .

firstly, you cannot speak about abortion like this, it's totally illegal in India, anybody who is reading this query can file case against boy or girl so beware when posting such things in public platform, secondly you have not explained it's just a relationship or relationship with promise of marriage, sometimes physical relationship on promise of marriage constitutes rape with cheating, kindly discuss with criminal advocate in detail don't ignore take early step.
