My friend's ex girlfriend files case of 376 to destroy life of him. Even she attack on my friend's mother and to my friend as well.

without reading the F.I.R it is very difficult for lawyers to guide. You may file an Anticipatory bail application before the appropriate court. see to it that the allegations leveled against your friend are not prima facie in Nature. we need to talk for further instructions.
