Girl filed false fir for 376, 377, 504 & 506

Hi sir/mam,nA girl has filed 376 case on me and Added my whole family member name saying they are asking dowry. Abhi baat shaadi ki v ni huyi thi and wo dowry and aur bahot sare jhuthe ilzam laga rhi.mere kuch questions hai.1. Ky mai fir quash kr skta hun.2. Ky mujhe anticipatry bail mil payegi.3. Meri family ko mai insab se kaise nikalu.Please help or guide me. I stay in kanpur and i am very stressed and depressed.

first answer yadi aapke khilaf FIR darj ho gai hai tab aap use karane ke liye High Court mein application file kar sakte hain yah Jaruri Nahin Ki High Court dwara FIR ko quest kar diya Jaaye second answer Jab Koi Apradh Kisi Mahila ke viruddh Hota Hai jaise ki rape case tab aap aise kaise main Agrim jamanafile nahin kar sakte last answer Daroga ji se baat Kijiye aur apne rape ki dhara hatvayiye aur jald se jald Court se jamanat prapt Karen

Quashing of FIR is batter option for you now. You can file petition for quashing of FIR before Hon'ble High Court. You will succeed and matter may resolve at this stage. I think it's a metrimonial dispute between parties.

Hello... Yes tge F.I.R. can be quashed through filing a writ petition in the High Court....and a stay of arrest prayer will also be added in that petition...by which no one will be arrested in future too...and whole case will be stayed and proceedings will be quashed... You dont need to worry or get tensioned. If the marriage has not been solemnized then offence u/s 376 is not made out and it is a false case. At this stage you can directly challenge the FIR before the Allahabad High Court for the quashing of the FIR and also to get arrest stay. Dont worry!
