Girl extracted money on the false promise to get married

Hi I was staying outside INIDIA. I was in a relationship with one girl met through shaadi.com..Everything was setteled and marriage was fixed on nov 1st week 2017. The girl took 6.7 lakhs from me for purchasing gold for marriage due her family condition which i have proof. Now girl and her family started abusing me and without any reason broke the relationship and marriage. And saying not to give my money and do what ever threatening me.they will not give my money. Pleae suggest any law is ther for man where she can get min 10 years of prision. As its a scam and they have been well trained to loot people like this.I want to expose such people. I am ready to go any lavel such as whats app chat or gmail conversations recovery procedures by police agrees.
Absolutely you have legal remedy , you can file a case of fraud and cheating against that girl as you have adequate proof against him, you should not let these person go free or else they will cheat some other. Contact a lawyer.

You have to file a FIR in the the police station where yr house is in India .if police does not register ,go to to court to file a case for direction to police to register and investigate . I think u can not come from USA to attend enquiry and case dates .ask yr father or mother to file FIR. Any way u and yr family may face counter case and other allegations .weigh it and consult good criminal lawyer .

If you have proof of payment debitted to her with all such proof and marriage dt proff file a FIR in nearest Police station.In case police do not take any action file one !CC case in friminal court against the girl and her main guardian.
