Girl cheating my money and car

Hello Sir, I saw a girl in goa when i went there. We had a nice conversation there and she proposed me and said she loves me very much. And then we were in relationship for last two year. She dont have mother and having father staying in chennai. Last 10 year she is away from home and dont have any evidence of doing the proper work for money. She used my credit cards and put me in a loan of one lakhs and she took a car in my name and paid emi till now but now when we broke up she said i cant pay emi and she said she cant give car. She black mailing me that if i raise complaint she will tell to police that he used me for sex and betraying. But she is not a good and didnt have any proof of income of ethical works. Now she puts me in 4 lakhs loan and running away. She is staying away from her father and they both are not staying together.
