Hii sir, mere ghr k samne rhne walo ne Meri na hone pe ghr Mai ghuskr marpeet ki or planning k sath Mera or mere papa ka or Meri sister ka naam likha Diya. Mai us din exam dene ghr se out of City(250km away) gya Mera next day exam tha . To Mai apni exam presence ko dikha skta hu Jo case hone ke dusre din tha. Or hmari tahreer ko htakr apne se kuch likh Diya hai. Tahreer gayab hai only Fir hai. Please guide me. Mai apne ko kese show kru ki Mai wha ni tha or mere papa relative k ghr gye the us din wo kese proof de ki wo wha ni the please.
jis din ki ghatna ha us din ka date or time main hota ha. ap agar us jagah nahi the to jis jagah aap the us time ka proof de. agar police apki report nahi likh rahi ha to phir court jaye ek advocate kare or section 156(3)crpc ke dwara apni report court se likhaye.
