GF File 376 After Break-up No Possco No Sc St Only One Section

Now file a FR in our case bcz we both decide to marry but before accepting FR she is denay marry with me and she is file a petition against. She said in 164 we are both in relationship and we intercourse when my bf promise for marry with me and now he is ready so I want to back my case but now she file petition against that and now she said in petition she gave 164 in forced and reinvesting agaain. Please gave best suggestions what we can do now?

Hi friends Usually court are taking very liberal view regarding revange Fir these days are filling by the women against man. Usually you will be bailed if got arrested from session. But i will suggest you to go high court for quashing of Fir. thanks Himanshu Singh Chauhan

the girl are minor or major main issue is this. if she minor then no value of her consent. but if she major then 164crpc statement give you benefits in trial. because benefits of doubt goes to accused always. fight your trial in best way. surely you got acquittal.

koi problem nahin hai agar Wali Hai Aur sahmati se sharirik sambandh Bane hue hain aur shaadi ka jhansa dekar usne is tarike se fire Karai Hogi to aapki ho jayegi usmein aapki koi samasya nahin hai Jyada Jankari ke liye aap mujhe call kar sakte hain
