If your wife is not allowing you to take the stuff so documents which she is having with her that case you can move application in the concerned court . You can also have application in the family court seeking custody of the child or visitation rights of the child for more information please share your question in detail thank you

Yes if the case is pending before any court, u must not visit directly, this could lead to criminal trespass ….u must put application to the concerned court or with due process of law …do not take any steps like this

From your query It can be assumed that you and your wife have been separated and divorce case is pending. If this is the situation then yes, you may approach the same court and request for the access to the property and can collect all your docs. Also there seems a child custody case as well and you have a visitation right. However your wife does not allow you to spend time as agreed before, then you can apprise the court about the same as well. However the query is very vague, please feel free to contact so that sane advice can be given. Thanks
