How to get stay order in criminal case? And what are reasons to be accepted for granting stay order?

ya Criminal Case can be stayed by the High Court nowadays staying the FIR are very hard as per the supreme court judgement only under the parameters of the supreme court judgement if the case Falls then the honorable High Court gives stay order and normally stay orders are enter time in cause preceding after charge sheet
