Getting life threats from some unknown person, legal actions for that

I had received a call from a known mobile no and from that mobile wife of mobile holder had given life endings threat in slangs and character assassination to my wife and me. On reply I had tried to catch her over mobile, but they didn't answer. I had sent three SMS with anger. Still they were unanswered. After some time, her husband write me a letter for showing reasons for such SMS. But they didn't acknowledge the call they had made. What will be my course of action?
Immediately you need to lodge complaint providing detailed information to the local police station and correspondence to the SP and commissionarate...needing help for protection and also the phone no for detection of rhe criminal conspiracy..

Being an Educated person, you can easily understand that, They used slang languages over Phone, and on Reply you send them Three SMS which was written by you. If anyone use just slap upon your face, whether you can use Bofors Tank. You did this. Understand. They easily show that due to your SMS they asked you why you send such SMS and that's why they talk with you over Phone. So, my advise is do not use your mobile set for sending SMS it may use against you. And forget all happen. If they do once again. please contact with an Advocate. Take advise and then do what is neccessary for you.
