I want to add an email and rti reply in my civil suit, but I got to know that for that I do also have to give a 65b certificate for that so I want to know
1 What is the time limit to give that certificate
2 And where exactly can I get that for my mail and rti reply
3. Is there any online platform that can issue me that certificate
Hi 65(B) certificate under the indian evidence act is a document that will be prepared by you under your signatures. Your lawyer can prepare that for you. You dont get it on any online platform however there is a format which your lawyer must be having
