Ganja small quantity and court date on 20 this month pls help urgently

police nabbed me when I had gone there to buy 200 rupees packet. The police made me sign bond of good behavior.Chapter case 108 and Ndps 27(a) Then after three months they called me to court and asked me to pay 15000 Zamin or get some zamindar. I told them i dont have either. I told them i am not selling ganja + i was caught with very small quantity, I have never committed any crime and i am ready to confess and pay fine. But they are threatening that i would be given 6 months sentence.

You’ll have to immediately secured bail from the court & same has to go for quashing of FIR from the Hon’ble High Court Under section 64A you can also press go Immunity from prosecution to addicts volunteering for treatment.
