Kindly clarify and advise:n* If the money is transferred to EllandRoad (ER) through Ratnakar Bank for forex trading, is it illegal? n* If yes, what course of legal action is expected?n* How can it be averted or handled?n* If the money is all lost because of wrong guidance by ER personnel, can any action be initiated against ER?

hi if they have wrongly misguided you regarding the process of investing the money or through wrong and unfair methods then you could issue legal notice to them to refund the money lost in the transaction occured
