Future process after getting bail

I was arrested under section 65e In Liquor case and now I am out on bail what would be the further process And the police has took the liquor for proof will I get them back

If you have done illegal smuggling of Liquor, then chances are high,that, you may not get back the Liquor. However, on paying Excise Duty, you may get the Liquor back, that is also the possibility, if you were carrying liquor bottles more than the permissible limit.

after sometime charge sheet will be filed by the concern police station and you have to face the trial. can also apply for return of property pitching return of the property which is sealed by the concern police station
