Full time maid left the house and now missing. Need legal advice get p

Our full time maid(56 years) has left the apartment two days back in the morning after some disagreement with my wife in the previous night. She has been staying with us for 4-5 years. We have reported to the police on the same day and received an acknowledgement. She has left her phone that we gave it to her. nNow her family is threatening that we are responsible to get her.

You have not stated the reason for leaving the house, As you said you have already Filed the complaint So you need not to worry for her family threats, kindly discuss with any advocate if there is any reason from your side for leaving the house
