From High Court the Person Has Granted Arredt Stay Till 14-2-2021

Before person has not given me my 27 lakh rupees at the time of agricultural land registry . I filed a criminal case under section 419 and 420 . After filing the case the person appears in court and mentioned I will give 27 lakh rs on or before 14-2-2021. Prior to criminal case he was not ready to give me my amount but when I filed a criminal case on him he agreed in front of court that consideration amount 27 lakh rupees I have to give and I will give it on or before 14-2.2021. On this consideration Allahabad high court given him arrest stay till 14-2-2021. My question is if the person has not given me my amount of consideration 27 lakh rupees till 14-2-2021 what are the things I can do.. Please guide me in a best possible way.

Dear Client, share the order that was passed by the Hon'ble High Court, wherein the arrest stay has been granted for so long on the hypothesis of returning the amount by 2021. Did your matter was referred do mediation center? Regards
