Friend's boyfriend forced her to abort child by blackmailing her

My friend was pregnant. Her partner forced her for an abortion by saying he will commit suicide if she doesn't abort, she dropped the baby under pressure. He also promised to tell his family and marry her. He has now backed out saying it was all a lie and he just wanted the baby dropped. Can a cheating case be filed against him? All the text conversations and medical documents are available. If she decides to reveal all the information to his family by showing all the evidence, will he get back at her with a harassment case. What will be the cost involved in filing a case in court ? Both the people involved are Muslims, any religion specific law to help the lady? He has also threatened to harm her if she reveals the incident
A criminal case can be filed against the boy who has cheated your friend. Not only for cheating but also for rape and forcefully aborting an unborn fetus. If police complaint is lodged, then your friend need not spend money as it becomes a state case and police would take care of it. If police complaint is filed, then the police would call the boy and his family members for investigation for which reason your friend need not inform boy's parents personally.

As we have medical records to prove that baby got aborted also we can prove that father of the kid by using the same report. It is serious issue. You need file a police complaint for cheating/sexual harassment/Rape. we need to discuss more on this issue for better understanding and tell you the process and the fee involved.
