Fraud/Online Fraud/No refund/Bad service

Have seen furniture ad in Facebook Marketplace, visited the shop and ordered mysore teakwood sofa cum bed and study table. Sofa was Rs 28000 & study table was Rs 12000. We paid Rs 30000 as advance. Delivery date was Nov 4, after that we had been following up, they were not ready to refund the amount nor were delivering. Study table was being made from plywood so we cancelled it & asked them to deliver sofa.Although we were not happy with that as well but thought of just finishing the matter. They delivered sofa cum bed frame on Dec 11 & mentioned cushions would be delivered tomorrow as they couldnt bring it due to rains. We have been following up for cushions since then. Now they are telling to refund the cushion amount to us which is not acceptable to us since sofa is of no use to us without cushions. Either they take sofa & refund us the entire amount else complete the hinges work & cushion on sofa. But it doesnt look like they have any intentions of doing either of this. Pls advise.
