Fraudery by wife for signing on my behalf on summon.

My wife filed a false case of domestic violence which court later denied,
Initially, she has signed my initial on summon sent by court to me.Showed I received that summon but I havn't.
Court on this declared Fraud and found guilty and misleading court,
I filed 156(3) in criminal court,what will be the punishment court will give .fine or imprisonment.
Query perused. Section 156 (3) crpc application is being seeking direction from the Hon'ble Court for registering an FIR under the relevant provisions. So far as trial and punishment is concerned it will be known only once the court directs the police to register an FIR and investigate and file the chargesheet. Your case comes under section 466.
Whoever forges a document or an electronic record, purporting to be a record of proceeding of or in a Court of Justice, or a register of birth, baptism, marriage or burial or a register kept by a public servant as such, or a certificate or a document purporting to be made by a public servant in his official capacity, or an authority to institute or defend a suit, or to take any proceedings therein, or to confess judgment, or a power of attorney, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine .
